Returns & exchanges

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

How to return:

2. We will send you a return label
3. Drop off at any USPS location
4. Refund processed within 3-5 business days

Because each Kusaya piece is handmade, slight variations in texture, color, and shape are not defects — they are the mark of something made by a person, not a machine. If your item arrives damaged or significantly different from what was shown, we will replace it immediately.
